The Urban Planners’ Exhibition is a traditional annual manifestation
held by the Serbian town planners association, which is the review of
the most significant, current accomplishments in the area of spatial and
urban planning, urban design and their realizations.
Entire or partial setup of the Exhibition will be presented in other
cities in Serbia and abroad after premier exposition in Belgrade.
Eligible participants of the Urban Planners’ Exhibition are the
members of the Serbian town planners association, institutions and
individuals from the Republic of Serbia, Republic of Srpska and other
countries.
The invitations for participation on Urban Planners’ Exhibition will
also be sent to correspondent foreign professional associations and
individuals.

CHARACTER AND THE CONTENTS OF THE EXHIBITION
The Urban Planners’ Exhibition will be organized as regular, with works
within the following categories:
1. Regional Spatial Plans and Spatial Plans of Special-Purpose
Areas
2. Spatial Plans of Cities and Municipalities
3. General Urban Plans
4. Plans of General Arrangements
5. Plans of Detailed Arrangements
6. Urban projects and realizations
7. Competitions
8. Researches and studies from the fields of urban and spatial
planning
9. The protection ambient of built heritage - Studies, researches and
projects
10. The protection of nature and environment - Studies, researches
and projects
11. Landscape architecture - Studies, researches and projects
12. Digital techniques, design and production in urbanism and
architecture; Media presentation of urbanism and architecture
13. Publications
14. Students’ works

PROPOSITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION ON THE EXHIBITION
Works which were not exhibited in form and content at previous
exhibitions are allowed to be submitted.
Application of work for the Exhibition should be sent to adequate e-
address. It contains graphic illustration of the work and textual data of
the work and the author(s), including short description of the work in
Serbian and English for the Catalogue.
Deadline for the application of the works for the Exhibition is 3rd
October 2016, and deadline for works submission is 24th October
2016.
Selection committee is starting with work on 25th October 2016 and it
concluding with the list of selected works for the Exhibition and for the
presentation in the Catalogue until 29th October 2016.
The Jury is starting from 6th November 2016. The Jury will take into
consideration only the works for which Selection Committee determines
that they fulfil the conditions for exhibition.
Total number of works for the exhibition can be limited, with the
remark that the number of student works will be10-20% of all works that
will take part at the Exhibition (determined by the Selection Committee).
Takeover of the works that were not accepted for the Exhibition will be
organized upon the premier exposition of the Exhibition.

PREPARATION OF THE APPLICATION FOR THE EXHIBITION
The application of works for the Exhibition includes:
1. using the e-form (.docx document) which is attached with the call
for the Exhibition or given at the official webpage of association;
2. respecting of script, size and style of font in e-form;
3. Fulfilling the text for the Exhibition catalogue at the of e-form, in
English language, no more than 100 words;
4. submitting in .docx format to specified e-address;
5. submitting of graphical illustration with the application. It is
Catalogue image with following characteristics: size 18/12 cm
(“horizontal position”), .jpg document, resolution 300 dpi, CMYK
mode.

PREPARATION OF THE WORKS FOR THE EXHIBITION
The works that will be exhibited at the Exhibition should be arranged strictly as
follows:
1. on one 70/100 cm poster (on paper or thin cardboard, without any frame,
arrangement according to the participant choice; vertical or horizontal position);
2. In form of publications as a contribution of the profession of urbanism.
Digital material (videos, websites, digital models, etc.) as well as spatial models
and other similar exhibits will be presented in relation with potentials of realizators and
additional agreement.
All posters must have blank space 10/10 cm in the lower left corner, reserved for
the Exhibition logo and catalogue number. Each poster must be signed by the author.
Companies/institutions can submit their works in all categories. Individuals
cannot submit their works in the first five categories.

AWARDS
Exhibition awards are: Grand Prix of the Exhibition and Awards for the best works in
categories. Jury has the right to award up to three awards as well as not to award any
of the submitted works in each category.
Jury members can be team members of the works that are exhibited, but in such
case, they cannot have the right to evaluate this particular work or other works
submitted by the institution that they work for.
Jury will decide about awards based on the Rulebook of the Exhibition,
Regulations and Program of the Exhibition and criteria by jury.
During the opening ceremony of the Exhibition, the presentations of the awarded
works will be held as well as following manifestations.

PARTICIPATION FEES
For one work on one poster (companies) . . . . 100 EUR
For one work on one poster (individuals) . . . . . 50 EUR
For publication (a book), without posters . . . . . 30 EUR
For student work on one poster . . . . . . . . . . . . no fee
The payments shall be carried out in local currency by the middle course of National
Bank of Serbia (NBS) on the day of the payment. Only works that arrive on time and
with evidence of participation fee payment will be taken into consideration.
Registration fee for all entries should be paid on bank account of the Serbian town
planners association.

STUDENT WORKS
Application of students’ works should be sent till 6nd October 2016, to

The deadline for submission of students’ works is 13th October 2016.
The submission of students’ works is holding at the Faculty of Technical
Sciences of the University of Novi Sad, Department of Architecture,
with remark “ZA 25. SALON / Dušica Jeftic", address: Trg Dositeja

The selection of student works is holding in the same place 17-22
October and selected works will be exhibited.
