Host cities Candidacies must provide:
- Dates of the Biennial
- Main topics of the conference
- Linked organisation with the General Assembly of the ECTP-CEU
- Exhibition of the Awards from the previous year
- Organise the reception and presentation of the Young Planners Workshop
- Translation of the conference in English and in French
- Final publication of the debates and presentations
- City engagement on the financial risk of the conference
ECTP-CEU and its members offer support to the organisation with:
- Reflexions on the proposed topics
- Speaker proposals
- Case studies presentation
- Sponsors contacts
Each Genaral Assembly is the opportunity to develop exchanges and contributions to the Biennial.
This is formally included in a protocol signed between ECTP-CEU and the City Host.
Candidacies must be received by the ECTP-CEU Secretariat by October 7th 2015.
